SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Lumina Care is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting contact@luminacarehealth.com.
Delivery Issues If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Look around your delivery location for safe placement
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- Wait 24 hours as sometimes packages are marked delivered prematurely
After completing these steps, contact us at contact@luminacarehealth.com within 48 hours of the delivery date.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@luminacarehealth.com within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We maintain proof of delivery and insurance on all shipments.
Claims for lost packages must be filed after the maximum delivery timeframe has passed. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Undeliverable Packages Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect addresses, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery will not be refunded. Customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Product Integrity Our skincare and hair care products are carefully packaged to maintain product integrity during shipping. We are not responsible for products that have been exposed to extreme temperatures during delivery or after delivery.
