By accessing and placing an order with Lumina Care, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Agreement to Terms By making a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Your purchase constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Product Descriptions and Orders We make every effort to display our skincare and hair care products as accurately as possible. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read the full product description, ingredients list, and usage instructions.

3. All Sales Are Final All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Products that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned under any circumstances.

4. Chargeback Policy By completing a purchase, you agree to contact our customer support team to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks or chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:

  • Permanent ban from future purchases
  • Reporting to chargeback prevention databases
  • Legal action to recover costs and fees

5. Proof of Delivery We maintain tracking information and proof of delivery for all orders. Chargebacks claiming non-receipt of goods will be disputed with this documentation.

6. Product Condition Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery. Claims of damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Unauthorized Use You agree not to misuse our products, website, or services. This includes but is not limited to: fraudulent orders, false claims, chargebacks without valid reason, or reselling products as your own.

8. Limitation of Liability Lumina Care is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Dispute Resolution Any disputes must first be addressed through our customer support team at contact@luminacarehealth.com. You agree to make a good faith effort to resolve issues directly with us before pursuing chargebacks or legal action.

10. Modification of Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York.
